Refund/Transfer policy

Although it is stated for each event that NO REFUNDS can be given. A few exceptions apply:

 

For legitimate reasons (such as a medical problem, military service, funeral, etc) a full to partial refund can be given.

 

Notified at least one week in advance – Refund minus $5.00 (does not include the SignMeUp.com fee if registered over the internet).

 

Notified within one week of the event – Refund minus $10.00 (does not include the SignMeUp.com fee if registered over the internet).

 

Notified after the event has taken place (for legitimate reason)  – 50% refund of entry fee

(does not include the SignMeUp.com fee if registered over the internet).

 

Transfer fee to another event OR transfer to another person  – notified at least one week in advance - $5.00 (plus additional cost of other event if there it applies)

 

Transfer fee to another event OR transfer to another person – notified the week of the event - $10.00 (plus additional cost of other event if it applies)

 

Transfer fee to another event after the event has taken place – not applicable

 

 

Exception to the rule - If you are willing to volunteer for the event, a full refund can be given!
